When Mendel Moskowitz from Brooklyn questions the meaning of his life, he is whisked away in his dreams to Ancient Jerusalem where he meets the good guys, Yeshua (Jesus) & the Disciples, as well as the buffoonish bad guys, Beelzebub & the Demons. A dramatic, sometimes hilarious battle between good versus evil ensues, not only for Mendel, but also between Yeshua and Beelzebub. Yeshua is triumphant over Beelzebub, death and hell. And Mendel is transformed to being filled with inspiration, hope and joy!
